About EFordOurServices.

Our Care Philosophy

Our Mission Statement is: to provide efficient, effective, affordable quality care. At EFordDaServices, everything we do is guided by our mission and supported by our values of compassion, respect, hospitality, collaboration, stewardship, and justice. Our goal is to deliver quality care, optimal outcomes, and innovative services in the home, with the compassionate approach that always puts the needs of you and your loved ones first.

Our mission is to provide quality care. No job is too big or too small. Our concern for the patient's spiritual, physical, emotional and psychological well-being is the primary responsibility of all those who are involved in and with the Agency. In conjunction with caring for the patient, the family members are kept involved as much as possible.

We believe professionally managed home care provides continuity of care, promotes patient dignity by having the ability to live their lives with choice, control and freedom every day. We believe in the basic right of all people to have stability, safe and competent health care. Much can be accomplished medically, physically, psychologically and socially to enable individuals to lead more comfortable and functional lives.

A care plan is written especially for you by your support coordinator. Each individual situation is unique; however, many of the problems, coping strategies and emotions are not. The quality and experience we have can help individuals and their families to learn to effectively communicate, advocate and stay connected to build confidence, responsibility for personal motivation and hope.
